51 former intelligence officials signed a public letter suggesting the New York Post story about Hunter Biden’s laptop had “all the classic earmarks of Russian disinformation.” The laptop was later authenticated by multiple media outlets and federal investigators. The letter was used to suppress the story weeks before the election.

While claiming the border was under control, CBP recorded historic highs in encounters — over 10 million nationwide encounters from FY2021–2024. Kamala Harris told migrants “do not come” in 2021, then the administration expanded parole and catch-and-release programs. Record gotaways and fentanyl deaths followed.

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and the Biden administration repeatedly called inflation “transitory.” It peaked at 9.1% in June 2022 — the highest in 40 years. The same administration later claimed credit for bringing it down after the damage to wages and savings was done.

Multiple states altered voting rules for the 2020 election through executive action, court orders, or agency decisions rather than state legislatures as required by the U.S. Constitution. Critics documented last-minute expansions of mail-in voting and relaxed verification that disproportionately benefited one side. The process itself became the cheat.

Internal documents released by Twitter (now X) showed Biden administration officials and agencies pressuring social media companies to censor stories damaging to Democrats — including the Hunter Biden laptop and COVID policy dissent. The First Amendment was treated as an obstacle to be worked around.

The Census counts all residents — including illegal immigrants — for apportionment of House seats and Electoral College votes. This gives states with large illegal populations extra congressional representation and presidential electors. Multiple analyses show this shifts 3–5 House seats toward Democrats. It is structural electoral advantage built into the system.

High-profile prosecutions of Donald Trump were brought by Democratic prosecutors in Democratic jurisdictions using novel legal theories, timed to interfere with elections. Meanwhile, Hunter Biden’s documented foreign influence peddling and gun violations received delayed and lenient treatment until political pressure mounted. The justice system became a campaign tool.

Nancy Pelosi’s household executed hundreds of trades with returns dramatically outperforming the market (over 800% cumulative in some analyses vs ~290% for S&P). Timing with legislation she influenced was repeatedly questioned. The system allows members of Congress to trade on non-public information while the public cannot. This is legalized extraction from the position of power.

The American Rescue Plan, Inflation Reduction Act, and related bills directed hundreds of billions in subsidies, tax credits, and contracts to green energy firms, EV manufacturers, and politically aligned industries. Many recipients were major Democratic donors or had revolving-door ties to the administration. Taxpayer money became campaign finance by other means.

Multiple executive attempts to cancel or transfer hundreds of billions in student loans onto taxpayers who never took those loans or already paid theirs. This was a direct wealth transfer from working-class families to college-educated borrowers — many with higher future earnings. The Supreme Court blocked the largest version, but the intent to steal from one group to buy votes from another was clear.

Bank records, emails, and witness testimony documented Hunter Biden receiving millions from foreign entities (China, Ukraine, Romania) while his father was Vice President and later while positioned as a potential future president. “10% for the big guy” references and access-selling were part of the family business. Power and influence were monetized at the highest levels.
